Custom Adhesives

PRO-SET Custom adhesives include black, white and untinted versions of the standard adhesives, as well as concrete crack injection adhesive, toughened flowable adhesive and fast cure adhesive.  These products are non-stock and require longer lead times.  Some of these products can be dispensed with either the PRO-SET 300X manual dispensing gun or 300B pneumatic dispensing gun.  Refer to the respective data sheets for additional information concerning these product combinations.

M1001/M2001, M1001/M2002, and M1001/M2003 are untinted versions of the Standard 175/273, 175/275, and 175/277 adhesives respectively.  These untinted products do not provide the visible color change of the Standard adhesives, but are in all others ways exactly the same as the Standard combinations and can be dispensed with the 300X and 300B guns.

M1005/M2005 is a high flow version of the Standard medium cure speed 175/275 adhesive.  It is used for injection filling cracks in concrete and masonry structures.  A version certified to ANSI / NSF Standard 61 is available for use in potable water applications.

M1011/276 is a black version of the Standard 176/276 toughened epoxy adhesive.  It is used for joining pre-cured carbon fiber components when a clear finish is desired.  This combination can be dispensed with the 300X and 300B guns.

M1007/M2012 is a fast curing epoxy adhesive for general purpose gluing or bonding applications. This adhesive will bond wood, FRP, concrete and some thermoplastics to themselves or to one another.

M1010/M2013 is a white adhesive.  This combination is used at a 3:1 mix ratio and must use the PRO-SET 300XP dispensing gun.  This epoxy formulation has improved resistance to yellowing and UV degradation.

M1013/M2017 is originally formulated for laminating pre-cured FRP reinforcements to existing laminated wood beams in architectural and infrastructure repair situations.  This combination also works well for bonding metallic or pre-cured FRP skins onto honeycomb core materials.  M1031/M2017 is a toughened, flowable mixture that can be applied with a roller or trowel.
