METERING EQUIPMENT

The PRO-SET^® 308 and 318 Positive Displacement Pumps accurately dispense all infusion, laminating, and hardening resins and hardeners at a 3:1 volume ratio. Each pump stroke delivers properly metered epoxy at one gallon per minute. The 308 resin reservoir holds two gallons, while

the hardener reservoir holds one gallon. The 318 pumps can be connected to PRO-SET drums using chemical-resistant hoses and plumbing fittings at most hardware stores.

For larger dispensing systems, all PRO-SET^® infusion, laminating, and hardening resins and hardeners can be batch-measured and dispensed at a 3:1 volume ratio. The correct weight ratio is confirmed in the Technical Data Sheet.

ADHESIVE DISPENSING GUNS

The 300-X Manual Dispensing Gun is a two-component dispenser with PRO-SET^® Adhesive cartridge sets to apply adhesive quickly, cleanly, and accurately. The handle and trigger are die-cast aluminum and shaped for comfortable operation. With a 26:1 mechanical advantage, the gun dispenses high-viscosity adhesive with ease. Its heavy-duty construction ensures precise adhesive application and a long operating life.

The 300-B Pneumatic Dispensing Gun is an air-powered, two-component dispenser used with PRO-SET^® Adhesive cartridge sets for applying adhesive in larger assembly operations. The trigger controls 484 lb. of thrust, ensuring easy and precise adhesive application. A standard shop air compressor supplies power.

The 300-MW Mixing Wands attach to the adhesive set cartridges to thoroughly blend resin and hardener components as they are dispensed. The tip can be trimmed to apply the appropriate-sized bead of adhesive mixture. One wand is supplied with each adhesive cartridge set, and additional wands are available for purchase.

Reusable syringes that can be loaded with an epoxy mixture for injecting into tight spots. Ideal for hardware bonding and small repairs. Holds 12 cc (about 0.4 fl oz).

QUALITY CONTROL DYE

Dyed resins and hardeners offer a simple and reliable method for quality assurance. When the yellow-dyed resin and blue-dyed hardener are thoroughly mixed, they create a consistent green-tinted epoxy mixture. If the mixture appears streaked, it indicates insufficient mixing. Most resins and hardeners can be dyed upon request before shipping by adding a QC (Quality Control) after the product number. Adhesives can also be dyed black (BK).
